Project Description
A two-floor multi-family structure on a site of approximately 0.9 acres located at 1580 Dixie Street SE in Atlanta, Georgia. The structure includes 18 units, common entry areas, a shared-use laundry room, crawl space with structural supports, a fenced parking area, and driveway. Scope included new kitchen millwork and appliances; new flooring, paint, drywall, and framing; new plumbing where required; upgraded HVAC units and water heaters; new electrical wiring and fixtures; new windows throughout; and crawlspace encapsulation.
