A 10,000-square-foot interior build-out located at 250 East Ponce de Leon Avenue to create a state-of-the-art educational facility. The project features a highly specialized nursing simulation lab alongside administrative offices. Key programmatic elements include fully equipped simulation exam rooms integrated with medical headwalls and the installation of high-fidelity mannequins designed for advanced student teaching and clinical practice.
