Project Description

A major implementation phase of the 2022 Comprehensive Plan for a 268-acre park in Buckhead. The project focuses on the activation of a 40-acre tract situated within the existing golf course property. Key program elements include the development of a 12-acre green space lawn, a dedicated “Learning Forest,” and the construction of a 130-foot pedestrian bridge over Nancy Creek for access from Lake Forest Drive. The scope also necessitates the strategic realignment of Chastain Park Conservancy Road to optimize park access from Powers Ferry Road.

Provided Owner’s Representation services to manage this complex, multi-faceted activation, coordinating extensive site work, infrastructure realignment, and new amenity construction for the Conservancy.
