The project involved excavation, grading, and installation of a stormwater management system for an 18,000 SF parking lot of a historic chapel in downtown Decatur, GA. Scope included a new curb cut and poured curb & gutter, new sidewalks, grading to improve drainage flow, new stormwater structure, new dumpster pad and enclosure, and new landscaping including trees.
