A single-floor corporate office of approximately 10,000 square feet located on the 26th floor of the Four Seasons Office Suites at 75 14th St NE, Atlanta, GA. The suite includes 20 offices, a conference room, a break room, an IT closet, a coffee/copy station, common corridors, and a small waiting area. The scope encompasses demolition of existing walls and finishes, higher-end interior finishes and millwork, and alterations to fire protection, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to meet current code.
