Project Description
A large-scale exterior and interior modernization of a 40-story residential high-rise tower. The exterior scope featured the complete removal and replacement of the existing surface parking deck, application of below-grade parking deck waterproofing, and the addition of new amenities including multiple gardens, hardscape improvements, and a portico share. The interior scope encompassed a full, high-end renovation of all common spaces throughout the residential tower.
