Project Description

The Palmer and Phelan is a historic condominium building located in Midtown Atlanta, originally constructed in 1909. The project scope encompasses comprehensive roof replacements on both sides of the Palmer House, alongside the meticulous restoration of its brick masonry facade utilizing period-appropriate historic lime mortar and brick point-up techniques. Additionally, the project includes the restoration and modernization of the building’s original, century-old elevator.
