Project Description
A multi-faceted expansion and revitalization of Atlanta’s premier urban park, structured into three primary components: (1) Relocated Maintenance Yard — moving existing maintenance operations near Monroe Drive to free up active entrance areas; (2) Clear Creek Walk — introducing a boardwalk-style path through the tree canopy at the Beltline elevation with paths descending into the creekbed; and (3) Piedmont Commons Expansion — creating a grand urban entry plaza with new concessions, an adventure trail, a rock scramble, two new playgrounds, and expansive lawns for community events.
