Bridget Clark – Director of Design Management - is a trusted partner of Vandermeer Management who helps lead the company’s programming and design management efforts. She has worked in the design and construction industry since 2004. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Construction Engineering, Bridget joined Holder Construction, where she spent 13 years focusing on design coordination and progressing through project management roles, ultimately leading large project teams on complex projects across the country.

In 2022, Bridget founded her own consulting business, applying her experience across real estate development, design, and construction. She is a licensed General Contractor, a licensed Real Estate Agent, and a LEED Accredited Professional. Bridget is known for her attention to detail and her collaborative approach with Design Teams to produce high-quality, well-coordinated documents.
