About

Hayes joined the company in 2024, bringing with him two decades of experience from Holder Construction. Starting his career at Holder as a laborer in 2001, Hayes furthered his education at the Georgia Institute of Technology. After graduating, he returned to Holder, where he traveled nationwide, gaining comprehensive industry knowledge through hands-on project site operations. His notable local experience includes leadership in the management of the City Springs development, the Emory Chemistry Building, and various projects at the University of Georgia, Clemson University, and Agnes Scott College. Additionally, Hayes served in an owner's representation role for the Alliance Theater project at the Woodruff Arts Center.

Since 2016, Hayes has been a dedicated volunteer instructor for the Construction Owners Association of America's (COAA) Owner Training Institute. He is also a graduate of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Center for Leadership Class of 2024. Hayes takes pride in helping owners achieve their objectives by building exceptional teams and delivering rewarding experiences.
