Jan Divelbiss brings a diverse background in project management, move management and furniture procurement to the Vandermeer team. Her experience includes successfully leading clients through all phases of the project process, from early planning and site selection through construction completion and final occupancy. Jan works closely with brokers on site selection and lease negotiations, collaborates with clients to assemble and manage project teams, provides design support for finish and furniture selections, and manages construction activities through project closeout. Her project experience spans a variety of markets, including small corporate offices, large headquarters environments, medical facilities, and laboratory spaces. Eight years of professional experience in the public school system as a K-5 STEM educator, Jan brings strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to her project management approach. Known for her client-focused mindset, she is committed to delivering well-coordinated, efficient, and thoughtfully executed projects.
