Founded in January 2023, Vandermeer Management was born from a passion for delivering top-tier owner representation in construction projects. With over 50 years of combined industry experience, Bert Vandermeer recognized that successful projects stem from effective leadership on the owner’s behalf. This insight inspired the creation of Vandermeer Management, where Bert continues to guide projects with precision and a focus on client satisfaction. In February, the team expanded when Luke Norris, with a background ranging from naval operations to international management and construction, joined to strengthen operational efficiency. By July 2024, Hayes Todd, a 20-year veteran of Holder Construction and a longtime colleague of Bert’s, further enhanced the team’s capabilities. Together, these seasoned professionals are dedicated to managing every project with a client-first approach, delivering excellence from their Decatur-based office. As a community-driven, Atlanta-local company, Vandermeer Management brings tailored expertise and a strong commitment to the city’s growth and success.
