Sam DeFrees joined the company in 2025 and brings with him business operations experience with a focus on construction operations and construction technology enablement. Previously he supported the RESIPRO Construction business by leading all training and technical initiatives, partnering with field teams to improve processes, and serving as a key SME in the development and enhancement of proprietary construction management software. His work included mapping end-to-end construction workflows and designing onboarding and multi-week training programs for project managers, estimators, and additional field staff. Sam brings a practical, operations-driven approach shaped by earlier leadership roles managing complex, high-volume operations, with a consistent emphasis on scalability, adoption, and performance improvement in construction environments.
